Pavilion at LZ Vicki. (Cuthbert Peter's Park)

Here's a better view of the Pavilion at the Park.  The Army was using this building for something.  The American flag is at the top of the flagpole.

I wasn't until later that I found out the name of the park here is Cuthbert Peter's Park.
